We carry out inspections at the request of both the private and public sectors with the aim of assessing the compliance of inspected products: packaging, labels, warranties, and instructions in a documentary manner in accordance with the relevant Mexican Official Standards.

What is the verification of Mexican Official Standards?

It is the assessment of the degree of compliance of products with the corresponding Mexican Official Standard by an accredited and approved inspection unit in accordance with the law, issuing documents with official validity and recognized by the relevant authorities.

What are Commercial Information Standards?

These are the standards that establish the necessary information that both domestic and imported products must contain for sale to the final consumer. Their main objective is to define the requirements that labels, packaging, instructions, warranties, and advertising of products must comply with.

Fiscal service to cover the lots, shipping order, or load number in the importation and invoice.

Assist in the product importation, even when it does not fully comply with the corresponding Mexican Official Standard.

Validity

This document is valid for the applicant to demonstrate to the relevant authority (CUSTOMS) that the product will be labeled in national territory and will comply with the corresponding NOM.

When Verifying Your Product

You obtain a Certificate of Conformity, a document that certifies compliance with the origin labeling of imported or domestically manufactured products. This document is valid for the applicant to demonstrate to the relevant authority (PROFECO, DGN, CUSTOMS, COFEPRIS) compliance with the corresponding NOM.
